HMS Dido Midterm Meet Proposal September 2020
After an amazing midterm meet weekend at Tewkesbury, both site and weather wise, I’m now looking into next years and trying to give you all enough advanced notice to avoid any disappointments. We are looking at a weekend in September 2020, please email with your preferred weekend date. I’ve looked into two options with the facilities that we require, touring, Pods, Catering.
All prices quoted are for 2/3 nights, also included are the facilities supplied for the pods and tourers. I’ve also worked out the Maps the distance from your area to the town nearest to the site to help you with any decision making. I’ve only included this for the previous attendees, so if you wish to attend you can check your mileage to each site via Google maps. Premier Inn hotels, Travel Lodge, Stratford Limes hotel and The Elms B&B are all within 5 minutes driving from the campsite for those who wish to attend who do not have their own accommodation. The Elms B&B is by far the closest, within 3 minutes walk from the campsite.
All bookings, deposits and balances will need to be done by yourselves as in previous years.
Once we have agreed on the venue, then I will contact them to see if I can arrange a block reservation based on the numbers coming, again a booking contact name and number will be advised as and when the venue is agreed, so If you would like to join us for 2020 just message me via the Dido Association or Dido Chat on WhatsApp and I will add you to the list.
